Admission to Garden Kids International School is based on space availability, the applicant’s academic and behavioral record, the submission of all required documentation, and successful completion of the school’s admissions process. The school reserves the right to determine whether its academic program and available support services can appropriately meet an applicant’s needs.
Admissions Assessment
All applicants must complete and successfully pass the following admissions assessments:
- English Language Assessment
- Mathematics Assessment
- School Counselor Assessment
Admission Requirements
- Completed application and enrollment forms.
- Original birth certificate and any legalization or translation required for documents issued outside the Dominican Republic.
- Recent student photographs as requested by the Admissions Office.
- Current medical certification and complete vaccination record.
- Up-to-date transcripts or grade reports from the previous school.
- A recommendation and financial-clearance letter from the previous school when requested.
- Any additional documentation required by MINERD or the school based on the student’s grade level or prior schooling.
Medical Disclosure & Registration
Parents and legal guardians must provide complete and accurate information regarding a student’s medical, developmental, behavioral, psychological, or learning needs. Registration is complete only when all required documentation has been received and all applicable enrollment and financial obligations have been fulfilled.
