1. Psychological entrance examination, mathematics placement assessment and reading comprehension, vocabulary and grammar tests in English and Spanish.
2. Original Birth Certificate (If the child is foreign, a legalized copy from the consulate of the country of origin).
3. Two photographs size 2*2.
4. Record of vaccination.
5. Medical Certification- students must have a complete physical examination within 3 months previous to enrollment.
6. Up to date transcripts or grade reports from previous school.
7. Validation of studies, if were completed in another country.
8.A letter of recommendation from the last school attended including a letter certifying that all financial obligations have been met with the previous school.
